I've been running since 2008 and began entering races in 2009.  I completed my 1st Marathon (Detroit Free Press) in October 2012!  In 2014 I improved my Marathon time in the Lansing Capital City River Run.  Races keep me motivated.  I want to share some great races which I will be participating in.  At the bottom are some great outlines of training programs to assist in meeting your goals.  Hope to see you at the finish line!
